Never been to this cafe before but been past it plenty of times. As soon as I walked in the girls were so lovely and served me straight away. The ice caramel coffee was lovely so now I know I’ll be trying their breakfast some time soon! Such a nice vibe in there x
Absolutely spot on. I dont live local but so glad I decided to visit. I had the avocado on toast & and iced caramel latte and both were outstanding. Also very welcoming service and also informative. One very happy customer, I will return when I visit the area again. Thank you!

The Two Mugs is a cosy, friendly, welcoming and sunny local cafe, serving up all manner of tasty dishes, sweets and hot drinks. The staff were very considerate when making some accommodations for our daughter who has sensory issues. All the staff were super friendly and we loved our meals, which were well prepared and presented. A particular shout-out to the Iced Mocha Latte which was fantastic. The booths are very comfy and elevate the usual cafe seating options. Everything you want in a neighbourhood spot.

Stumbled across this independent neighbourhood cafe today as I had an hour to kill in the Shirley area. If you want to know what outstanding customer service looks like, then based on my visit today, I’d say pay them a visit. Every one of the 3 staff members that I interacted with today were welcoming, friendly, courteous, polite and respectful in a very genuine unforced way. From the owner who took my order and acknowledged my presence because I had to wait just 30 seconds before she could get to me, to the young man who delivered my drink and sandwich to my table outside in the sunshine and genuinely said I hope you enjoy it, to the lady who was delivering takeaway coffee to the neighbouring barber shop and stopped to smile and briefly chat to me on her delivery run in both directions, I was made to feel like my custom was genuinely valued and appreciated. And the coffee was damn good as well. Well done to you all.
Came here for breakfast and it did not disappoint. They were all quite reasonably priced as well.. Only thing I would say is the Matcha latte could be a bit less milky
